Time to sneak out the first invited speakers for the Microseminar on Microblogging. We’re proud to present key functions from the successful Nordica social media-related startup Twingly [crunchbase], who has gained alot of buzz and positive media (e. g. in TechCrunch), with their aspiration to build an innovative blog search engine aiming to index spam-free blogs and introducing their ‘blog rank’ measurment. They created alot of Twitter Buzz most recently when they successfully launched their latest addition in their portfolio of services - a federated microblog search engine (a search engine who searches one or many microblog platforms at once). They first started out to serve MSM (main stream media) creating an interface and link-up to the blogosphere, with e. g. the service to big dailies “who blogs about this article”, a service now subscribed by with around 50 publications. Guest keynotes from Twingly are two;

Anja Rauch, Business Development Manager, and Kristoffer Forsgren, Interface Developer, are both from Twingly AB.

Presentations in both Swedish and English as follows.

Anja Rauch

[en] Anja Rauch is Business Development Manager at Twingly. She is a crazy German girl who enjoys living in Norrköping since moving to Sweden last year. According to http://twitterholic.com/anmara/ she has most followers of all living in Norrköping, Sverige. No gurantee she will understand all what you say in Swedish (especially not the local dialect ‘Östgötska’…), but English is always a good alternative. Or German of course. Or French.

Kristoffer Forsgren

[en] Kristoffer Forsgren works as Interface Developer at Twingly. He is a guy that in his early years succumbed for Internet and technology in general, something that still prevails. Beyond growing up in Västervik, and middlelanding in Ronneby, he found his way to Linköping one year ago. The reason was studies, but as an added bonus, he soon found a job at Twingly. The adventures of Kristoffer are most easily followed through his Twitter-stream or through his blogs.
